Woong-Kyu [ABSTRACT] This is an empirical study on the ways of improving the CRS of an Airline Industry. This study has analyzed the historical side of business environment of CRS in Korea. It attempted to use questionaire and interview, especially in the area of management structure and user`s decisions. The result of study suggests the reform measure for improving user`s benefit, reinforcement of marketing ability, back-up service, and efficiency of technological operation. In conclusion, this study presents Korea`s future progression ability of CRS. New strategies and specific airline products due to the diversity in the tourism characteristics.
